Starting a chat is the establishment of a conversation between two members. To start a chat you must first sign in to Downsly, then click on “interested”. If a member is interested in you and vice-versa, click on their profile and select “Chat”. Upon submitting your message, the person will get notified of you.
* Chat requires both members to be mutually as interested, thus consent is established before communication.
